Autumn Proficiency Test Information
The Department of Mathematics offers an opportunity for new, first quarter students who are unhappy with their placement to try and advance to the next course. The student must earn a satisfactory score on a proficiency test, similar to a final exam, in order to move ahead. All of the information about the procedures and topics for the retesting can be found below.

-If you are taking the Math 161H01 qualifying exam, you should reference the Math 151.01 syllabus.
-NOTE: Students with disabilities should contact the Ohio State Office for Disability Services, (614) 292-3307, to make alternate arrangements for taking any math exam.
