Title: Primary and Secondary Pairings for Pseudodifferential OperatorsSpeaker: Alexander Gorokhovsky (University of Colorado)Abstract: I will describe how comparing different constructions of cyclic cocycles for complete symbols of pseudodifferential operators leads to interesting index-theoretic consequences and invariants of the algebraic K-theory of the algebra of pseudodifferential symbols.
