Title: Expansions of the real field by infinite productsSpeaker: Chris Miller (The Ohio State University)Abstract: This will the first of several talks throughout the year on expansions of the field of reals by restrictions to the positive reals of real-entire functions (regarded as infinite products via Weierstrass factorization) that have at most finitely many positive zeros. The work is ongoing and joint with Ovidiu and Rodica Costin.
