Title: Why I am so obsessed with NIP theories
Speaker: Erik Walsberg (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign)
Abstract: I will discuss externally definable sets in NIP theories and a one or two of their applications. The only background required is basic knowledge of first order model theory and minimal knowledge of valuation theory.
