Math Honors Track

The Department of Mathematics has an honors track, allowing strong undergraduate students to take four years of honors math courses.  It is not necessary to have honors standing within the College of Arts and Sciences to do the honors math track.

Students that complete Math 1181H and 2182H their first year.

  Students in the ASC Honors Program have the option to complete an honors degree in other math tracks (applied, biology, financial, theoretical).

Requirements are list on each track page.

Students with an ASC Honors designation have the opportunity to graduate with a math degree that has Honors Distinction in Mathematics. There are several additional requirements for this type of degree on top of the typical honors requirements.
