Students who have taken AP and/or IB exams in high school may be eligible for credit at OSU. Please see the credit that is awarded and courses for which students are permitted to enroll based on the scores they have received. We encourage students to attend the Orientation Calculus Advising session to determine calculus options and honors opportunities with a math faculty member.

• Students who receive AP math scores of 1 or 2, or IB scores of 1-3 must schedule in accordance with their Math Placement Test results.  If they want an opportunity to move ahead they must take proficiency tests (find more information at orientation, or at Autumn Math Proficiency Exams).
