Title: The Chow ring of the moduli space of triple covers of the projective line

Abstract: I will describe how we can determine the Chow ring (with Q-coefficients) of the "Hurwitz space" parametrizing degree three covers of the projective line, as well as the rational Chow groups of various spaces of triple covers. This is joint work with Anand Patel.
