Registration Categories and Fees

Conference registration is available at early‑bird and regular rates. Early‑bird registration is available until June 1.

Full Conference Registration

Full conference registration includes access to all scientific sessions and conference events held from July 21–24.

Student Registration Categories

• Student Presenter: A student presenter is a student who is scheduled to present a talk or poster at the conference. To encourage broad student participation, student presenters are offered a subsidized full‑conference registration rate, which includes the conference banquet.
• Student Attendee (Non‑Presenter): This category applies to students attending the conference without a presentation. The rate includes the conference banquet.
• Student Attendee (No Banquet): This category applies to students attending the conference without a presentation. The rate does not include the conference banquet.

Daily Registration

Daily registration options are available for attendees who plan to attend only part of the conference.

Note:

• Daily registration includes morning refreshments, coffee breaks, and lunch for the selected day.
• Registration for July 23 includes the conference banquet by default.
• A reduced‑rate, no‑banquet option is available for July 23 for attendees who are unable to attend the banquet.

Conference Banquet

The conference banquet will be held on Thursday, July 23.

• The banquet is included by default with full conference registration and with daily registration for July 23.
• Reduced‑rate no‑banquet options are available for attendees who are unable to attend or who prefer not to participate.
• Banquet capacity is limited to 230 attendees and is allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
• Once banquet capacity is reached, registration will remain open only at the corresponding no‑banquet rates.

Banquet Guests

Registered attendees may bring family members or guests to the banquet for an additional $80 per guest, subject to capacity.

Additional Notes

• Full conference registration includes:
  • Welcome reception on July 21
  • Morning refreshments and coffee breaks
  • Lunches during the conference
  • Conference banquet on July 23 (unless registered at a no‑banquet rate)
• Student presenter rates are available only to students listed in the scientific program.
