MATH 7721.02: Kahler Geometry

Basic concepts of Kahler geometry, such as the Kahler and Ricci forms, positivity/negativity in cohomology, Kahler-Einstein metrics, and proofs of some fundamental results, including the d-d-bar lemma, Calabi's uniqueness theorems, Matsushima's reductivity theorem for Kahler-Einstein manifolds, and Futaki's isomorphism theorem.
Prereq: Post-candidacy in Math, and permission of instructor. This course is graded S/U.
