We are delighted to welcome the actuarial science community to the 61st Actuarial Research Conference (ARC 2026), hosted by The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. The conference will take place from July 21 to July 24, 2026, and will continue ARC’s longstanding tradition of fostering dialogue, collaboration, and innovation across the many branches of actuarial research.

ARC 2026 will bring together scholars, industry professionals, and students for four days of presentations, discussions, and community building. We invite participants working in actuarial science or related disciplines to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. The conference provides a welcoming and intellectually stimulating environment to share new ideas, highlight ongoing work, and connect with colleagues from around the world.

Submission Guidelines

  • Please submit your abstract through the ARC 2026 Abstract Submission Form (link to be provided).
  • Abstract submission deadline: Friday, May 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT
  • Abstracts should be no more than 300 words.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent by Monday, June 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
  • Those whose abstracts are accepted will need to complete their registrations by the end of June 15th. 

Poster Session

The poster session offers an excellent venue for students to present their work and engage in extended discussion with conference participants.
Please submit your poster as a one‑page PDF via email to arc2026@osu.edu by Friday, May 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
