Title
Conformal heat flow and its generalization
Abstract
Harmonic map heat flow is a type of geometric flow and broadly used in many areas including geometric analysis and differential geometry. In general, harmonic map heat flow could develop finite time singularities – the energy concentrates at a point – called bubbles. Recently developed conformal heat flow method can provide a way to smoothing such finite time singularities by delaying energy concentration. In this talk, I would like to explain the method for harmonic map flow and its generalization for $n$-harmonic map flow and present some results.
