Compactness of composition operators on the Bergman space of the bidisc
Abstract
Let $\phi$ be a holomorphic self map of the bidisk that is Lipschitz on the closure. We characterize the compactness of the composition operator $C_{\phi}$ on the Bergman space of the bidisk in terms of the geometry of the image of $\phi$ of the closure of the bidisk. We also prove a result on $C^2$-smooth bounded pseudoconvex domains in $\mathbb{C}^n$. (Joint work with Tim Clos and Sönmez Şahutoğlu)
