Professor James W. Cogdell has been elected as Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). Professor Cogdell is one of four new AAAS Fellows in Mathematics. Election as a Fellow of AAAS honors members whose efforts on behalf of the advancement of science or its applications in service to society have distinguished them among their peers and colleagues.
