The SIAM Student Chapter has sponsored an in-house version of the COMAP "Math Contest in Modeling" (MCM) competition, thanks to the efforts of MBI postdoc Veronica Ciocanel and help from Rodica Barbu. The event has been unbelievably successful, with 51 students participating in 17 teams.
